Overview

This brand new first floor apartment is very bright and has a very spacious living dining and kitchen area and a separate bedroom with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a full size bath and shower over.The apartment is fully furnished to cater for four guests with twin beds in the bedroom and two double sofa beds in the lounge area. The sofa beds are good quality spring action sofa beds. For larger parties we also manage the apartment next door and both apartments can be booked together.The kitchen is fully equipped for a very comfortable home from home self catering holiday. There is a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, electric oven with hob, kettle and a microwave.In the lounge area there is a TV and DVD player. Please do bring your own DVDs to enjoy these. The apartment does have some CDs, board games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy whilst on holiday.The dining area inside has a formal table and four chairs. On the private balcony there is a small patio table and chairs. All bed linen and towels are provided (although please bring your own for the pool and beach).The apartment has its own parking space.

Situated in the popular village of Peyia just five minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Coral Bay this beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a newly finished private complex of 26 apartments.

Peyia offers an excellent choice of supermarkets, tavernas and amenities, and the central tourist shopping area of Paphos is just ten minutes drive away.

Coral Bay has always been the place to stay in the Paphos area because of its close proximity to the golden sandy beaches.
Peyia is just a few minutes from Coral Bay beach and has grown from an unknown village to a popular alternative to staying in Coral Bay.



The village sits in a gently elevated position and offers a good selection of local tavernas and supermarkets. It is a very popular destination with families and for those who want to be close to all the local places of interest. The centre at Paphos is just ten minutes away.
