Overview
This brand new first floor apartment is very bright and has a very spacious living dining and kitchen area and a separate bedroom with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a full size bath and shower over.The apartment is fully furnished to cater for four guests with twin beds in the bedroom and two double sofa beds in the lounge area. The sofa beds are good quality spring action sofa beds. For larger parties we also manage the apartment next door and both apartments can be booked together.The kitchen is fully equipped for a very comfortable home from home self catering holiday. There is a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, electric oven with hob, kettle and a microwave.In the lounge area there is a TV and DVD player. Please do bring your own DVDs to enjoy these. The apartment does have some CDs, board games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy whilst on holiday.The dining area inside has a formal table and four chairs. On the private balcony there is a small patio table and chairs. All bed linen and towels are provided (although please bring your own for the pool and beach).The apartment has its own parking space.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
