Overview

Holiday Villa in Cyprus,Peyia. This newly built house is on a complex of 28 houses. It has two double bedrooms, a large open plan lounge with a leather suite with fold out bed and a recliner at one end and a dining area seating 6 comfortably.The two bedrooms are both furnished with solid oak double beds and oak dressing tables Ceiling fans and air conditioning, Alarm clock radio's, And both contain spacious built in wardrobes the main double bedroom has a built in safe. The Second bedroom has an extra Z Bed suitable for a child.The bathroom is on the first floor between both bedrooms it has a full sized bath with shower above the bath, toilet and wash basin, we also have a downstairs wash room with a toilet and wash basin.The dining area is to the rear of the Lounge next to the kitchen, it has a solid oak table and leather upholstered chairs and has seating for 6. The kitchen is fully fitted with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Microwave,coffee grinder and filter.The patio doors lead onto a patio area with a table and 6 chairs. The pool and garden area has a large swimming pool with beautiful flowers and shrubs, and a selection of sun loungers and parasols.

Location & area

A few miles west of Paphos is a most pretty and unspoilt area, consisting of Coral bay on the coast and some 3 miles in the hills inland, the village of Peyia. Peyia is full of local atmosphere and offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and numerous tavernas catering for all tastes at very reasonable prices. The smiling locals give a magnetic appeal to this little village.

This charming village clings to the rugged hills that act a backdrop to Cyprus most photogenic stretch of coastline. Below glitter the crystal waters of the Mediterranean, while to the north the silhouetted peak of Ayios Yeoyios marks the beginning of the untouched Akamas Peninsula .
While locals like to claim that 'in Peyia nothing happens in a hurry', the truth is that nothing much happens at all. However, it's this soporific quality that imbues Peyia with most of its charm.

Kitchen: Cooker,Hob,Microwave,Fridge, Freezer,Washing Machine,Iron,Toaster etc. The worktops are granit. General: Air Conditioning,House Linen, Towels Provided. The house has solar power to heat the water, Dining: Seating for 4. The Dining area is open plan with Oak table and chairs leading to the lounge.
