The villa is brand new and has 3 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, private pool and all the modern conveniences you would expect from a luxury villa. Villa Tatiana is situated in a small exclusive gated development which overlooks the mediterranean sea, the beach is only a few hundred metres from your front door. Location & area

Pervolia is a peaceful and tradtional cypriot village, away from the hustle and bustle of the more livelier resorts. The heart of the village is found in it's quaint, cobblestoned square next to an old church, which comes alive in the evening with a collection of tavernas and bars playing host to locals and tourists alike. Villa Tatiana is situated on the outskirts of the village and it is a short drive to the amenities of the village or a leisurely stroll along the unspoilt coastline. Pervolia is home to a lighthouse at Cape Kiti (moments from Villa Tatiana) which is the perfect spot for a bit of star gazing! There are plenty of activities to be had locally from watersports on the beach to museums in Larnaca, Donkey sanctuarys, camel parks, walking in the mountains, horseriding or if you are visiting Cyprus from January to March, you can even ski in the Troodos Mountains!
