Pervolia is a small village with all the Bars/Tavernas shops that you would require for a holiday in the real Cyprus.
The village is not the "Little England" that many of the surrounding towns have become such as Oroklini or Protaras.
The apartment has every facility that you could require, such as a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven and washing machine, satellite TV, full airconditioning throughout, large balcony and communal swimming pool.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 kingsize, 1 twin . This gives room for up to 6 people (Double Sofa Bed With Mattress) Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Please bring your own beach/pool towels and do not use the mattress outside or by the pool.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker,a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private undercover parking with the outside areas of the building having external lighting.


Pervolia has it's own sandy beach, taverns/bars around the village square, shops, a bank, supermarkets, and other shops.

Ayia Napa and Protaras are a 45 minute drive away.
Limassol is a 45 minute drive.
Larnaca Tourist Area is 15 minutes away
Larnaca Airport is 5 minutes away
The troodos mountains resort is 1 hour 15 minutes away and Paphos around 1 hour 30 minutes distant.

There is a camel park in nearby Kiti, a huge go=kart track 10 minutes away and the usual water sports on the local beach.

In all a very relaxing holiday-car recommended.
