Overview

The villa is set on the outskirts of Protaras and Pernera with beaches, Tavernas, restaurants and shops within walking distance and a 5minute drive into the centre of Protaras. The villa is situated on a small estate and has its own private pool , barbecue and many other facilities. In fact there is everything you require for a family holiday. It is newly built and everything has been tastefully designed, from decor to contents to make you feel at home. There are two a twin bedrooms and a double room, The 3 seater seettee also converts into a double bed if required, the master bedroom with ensuite is situated on the ground floor and the other bedrooms are on the first floor both having balconies and patio furniture and bathroom upstairs. There is also a washroom with toilet and sink on the ground floor. Outside there are patio areas and furniture and sunlonges as well as barbeque, washing line etc.
