Overview

This lovely Villa is fully equipped and fully air conditioned and private swimming pool. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room both have ample storage and wardrobe space. there is also a family bathroom on this floor, the landing also leads to a wonderfull sun terrace on the oof with lovely views of the crystal blue med. ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with Fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave and kettle. The dining room area has a lovely wooden table with 6 chairs and a patio door which leads out on the patio area and private swimming pool.The lounge area has a leather sette and chairs TV/DVD/Satellite system all in all everything you need to enjoy the sun in cyprus also available from this owner are 2 3 bed villas on the same road

The Villa is ideally situated for all aspects of a holiday, its in the quite part of Penera but only minutes away from the main resort. Penera boasts wonderful sandy beaches full of water activities and shops, bars and restuarants catering for all tastes Penera also has a small water park for the younger members of the family.A few minutes down the coast is the popular resort of Protaras which has some of the best beaches on the Island includung the famous Fig Tree Bay.The main strip of Protaras is awash with bars,shops and restarants from all corners of the globe. A little further takes you to Cape Greco with its stunning views and walks and then to Agia Napa which boasts its famous water park that will keep the family happy for hours
