Overview

Accommodation & Facilities: 4 bedroom villa situated in Pernera area of Protaras is with a private 6m by 3m pool and only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. In the cozy lounge there is a 66cm (26inch) flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player, a 3 seat sofa, 2 seat sofa, and armchair. The handsome wood indoor dining table has 6 chairs and can be expanded. With the 2 folding chairs, 8 can dine. The kitchen is fully equipped including gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, clothes washer, iron, and ironing board There are 4 bedrooms Bedroom 1 with 5 foot wide double bed, en-suite, balcony access. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds, balcony access. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Bedroom 4 with two single beds, ground floor. All bedrooms have plenty of built-in wardrobe space.. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower and WC. Bathroom with bath/shower over and WC. Guest toilet on ground floor.
There is a large outdoor dining table with umbrella and garden chairs for 6/8 including the folding chairs. Also outside are 6 sun loungers. The private pool is 6x3m. There is also an outdoor shower on the back of the house near the pool. There is private parking for one car.
The nearest sandy beach is ?Blue Spice Beach?, less than 300m from the villa. Not far away you will find more coves and beaches, water sports and a water park.
