Overview
The Rose Garden villa rests within a beautiful garden whose natural blooms and water fountains are enhance by the spirit of tratditional culture and modern comforts:The guest can pick and eat fresh fruit from a variety of fruit trees.
Two fountains provide a refreshing atmosfere during the hot Cyprus summer.There is a barbeque with two tables and chairs.From the terrace with a dining table ,which is covered with grape vines, one can look down to the beautiful sea of the Akamas gulf and during the evenings see the most wonderful sunsets.The Villa has a private swimming pool.
Enterig the villa there is a living room with an old open fireplace for winter use, a sofa and two arm chairs in traditional style, a coffe table,where on arrival you wil find a fruit basket with traditional Cypriot wine.TV and CD-VCD- DVD system is also provided.
The area is open plan with a table and eight chairs,and the kichen is at the far end.The kichen is well fitted with wall units,a counter top and cupborards beneath.There is a large fidge/ freezer, toaster,cooker with oven microwave and a washing machine.
There is a three individually- designed bedrooms with locally-crafted furnishing reflecting Cypriot infuences.The three bedrooms have airconditioning and heating and are all on the ground floor but on a differnt level.

Located at the entrance of the village of Peristerona in Paphos,the Rose Garden Villa is only a short stroll from the village centre where one can visit the church of Agios Mamas and from there enjoy the view of the Chrysochus bay.Next to the Church is the Byzantine Museum of Arsinoe with admirable Byzantine icons found in the Paphos area.For those who like the outdoors the Villa is situated near the nature trail walks, where one can encounter unique flora and fauna.
The Village of Peristerona Paphos is set into the natural beauty of the countryside of Polis Chrysochus and the forest of Paphos,overlooking the Gulf of Akamas.About a 15-minute drive away from the beach of Latsi,and 20 minute away from Afrodite baths, on the north-west coast of the Island.

The three bedrooms have air-conditioning ,heating and are all on the ground floor but on a different level.The masterbedroom has a beautiful four-poster bed and an ensuite shower room,and in- room safe Deposit Box (SDB).The other two bedrooms are double and twin bedded room. All the bedrooms have antique wardrobes with drawers within. Two bedrooms have a dressing table each.There is another bathroom with a bath a hand shower .The Villa has quilts and blankets for the cooler months .Water is heated by solar and an immersion heater for occasional dull day.Linen is provided and beach towels.
