Overview

Downstairs:
Accommodation has a fully equipped recessed Kitchen area opening out onto open plan
lounge/diner with french windows onto the pool area. There is also a downstairs guest toilet off the entrance hall. The living area downstairs is tastefully presented with a combination of vertical blinds and voiles.
The fully equipped kitchen includes: Fridge freezer, built in oven & hob, dishwasher,
washing machine, cream Granite worktops & splash back, tiled kitchen floor, Italian Free Evolution kitchen cupboards finished in Wenge and Cream gloss, under mounted single
bowl stainless steel sinks, and spotlights. There is also a microwave, toaster and kettle as well as all cooking utensils and crockery needed for a trouble free self-catering holiday. For those of you who love ironing, you will also find an iron and ironing board!
Upstairs:
Accommodation has a master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower room and a
balcony. There are two further bedrooms (one with 4’6” double bed and the other with twin
beds). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes in Walnut finish to match the flooring, doors
and architraves.
The family bathroom and en-suite are both fitted with solid wood vanity units in a wenge finish, and white sanitary ware. There is a shower above the bath complete with shower curtain in the family bathroom.
There is a second balcony at the front of the Villa off the landing, which has sea views.
Private Swimming Pool.
Take a cooling dip in our lined 8m X 4m swimming pool. The pool is
professionally cleaned twice a week all through the year. There is an outdoor shower for use before swimming and plenty of comfortable sunbeds for working on that tan!
Outdoors
For your additional safety and comfort, there are pool lights and exterior lighting, garden furniture and a key safe. The property has gates at the front entrance and across the car port making Villa Ruby a very safe area for younger children. The parking space will comfortably take a large vehicle.

Villa Ruby (37 Crystal Lagoon) is situated in the resort of Pernera between the larger
towns of Protaras and Paralimni.

The villa is set just 150 metres back from the coast, and a 2 minute stroll takes you to
several sandy beaches and bays protected by stone outcrops.

Pernera beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its clean and safe waters. The waters are shallow and crystal clear, and being so well protected the bays are great for families with small children. The beaches are perfect for swimming, snorkelling, gazing at fish, and spotting the local wildlife, and there are so many beaches along the coastline that it is hard to choose which one to pick each day.

Grassy areas, sunbeds and children’s play areas are provided free of charge in many places which all makes Pernera and its beaches a very attractive spot for families.

Once on the beach, turn left across the sand heading towards the white lighthouse, and
within two minutes you are at Pernera’s beautiful harbour. From here you can hire the
boats of your dreams, and on clear days you can see right across to Famagusta and the
peninsula of Northern Cyprus. Several organized sea fishing trips sail from the harbor catering for all levels including first timers so you could even catch your own dinner.

And if you fancy experiencing the thrill of a ship under real sail there's a full sea going schooner and a modern catamaran that occasionally sails from Pernera too.

Within less than a five minute walk from the villa, there are local shops, tavernas and
bars. In fact, there is a restaurant and supermarket adjacent to the entrance of this gated development.

All your needs can be met locally, and most of the hotels in the area welcome day guests to use their pools, pool bars and children’s play facilities. There is usually only a small daily charge, and some don’t charge at all.

Eating out in Pernera is a gastronomic delight and the only problem is that you won't have time to sample every single restaurant. There's everything from Chinese to Mexican, British, Italian and traditional Cypriot meze houses, plus bars serving food and a full list of live entertainment, tv sports and karaoke.

There is a small water park just a short walk off the off the main street in Pernera open during the summer season only, and there is a much larger one in Ayia Napa.

Just 2 kilometres away is the larger town of Protaras. You can walk here via the lovely coastal path, stopping at different beaches to cool off and calling in at the numerous refreshment stops along the way.

Just 10 minutes along this coastal path is the famous Fig Tree Bay with its fantastic golden sand, crystal clear waters, and watersports galore.

Paralimni is just a 10min drive away, and a great place for shopping and large supermarkets such as Carrefor, as well as banks, boutiques, M&S and great places to eat and drink.

Cape Greko, an area of outstanding natural beauty can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
And just 5 minutes further on is the town of Ayia Napa with its pretty marina, fabulous
beaches, many restaurants, bars and buzzing nightclubs for those wishing to dance the
night away!
