This beautiful villa is decorated to a very high standard, it is fully equipped and fully air-conditioned, upstairs the master bedroom has en-suite and 2 further twin rooms, each bedroom has air conditioning and ample wardrobe space, there is also a safe in the main bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday, dishwasher,washing machine,oven, hob,microwave,toaster and kettle the dining area has seating for 6 people. The living area has a 3 seater leather sofa bed and a 2 seater leather sofa there is a plasma TV DVD and Satellite system. Outside the villa you have your own private swimming pool with garden furniture and sun loungers.

The villa is situated in Pernera only a 2 min walk to the nearest sandy beach. You are also allowed to use all the facilities at the nearby Marlita Beach Hotel. Pernera also boasts resturants, tavernas and shops to cater for all your needs. just a five min drive and you are in the busy resort of Protaras which has some of he best beaches on the island including the famous Fig Tree Bay,Protaras is alive with shops, tavernas resturants and bars. A little bit further takes you to Cape Greco with stunning views and walks and then on to the lively resort of Ayia Napa which boasts the largest water park in Europe.All in all a fantastic holiday can be had by all the family.
