Overview

This newly built house is furnished to a high standard, the lounge area has leather settees, one being a sofa bed, TV, Satellite and DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped including washing machine, microwave and dining for 6 people. Upstairs there are two bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin room, and a family bathroom. Outside, the house has front and back terraces, the back having the benefit of a brick built BBQ, and overlooking the large communal swimming pool.

The house is situated just outside the up and coming resort of Kapparis, with its many bars and restaurants from traditional Greek to good old fish and chips. A 5 minute drive will take you to the nearest beach and a 10 minute dreive wil take you to the family resort of Protaras with its famous Fig Tree Bay beach and watersports.
For the more adventurous a 15 minute drive will take you to the lively resort of Ayia Napa with its bustling nightlife.
