Overview
Beautiful recently furnished ground floor, poolside apartment with a generously sized verandah. The property has air conditioning throughout, a large bathroom, tranquil pool area and private parking. Every effort has been made to make the apartment as homely and comfortable as possible. The dining room and lounge are spacious and open plan. The lounge area has 2 leather sofas, one of which converts to a double bed. There is also a 32' flat screen TV, DVD player & stereo. The dining area is of a good build and seats 6. Fully equipped kitchen with built in 4 ring hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, and clothes airier. Apartment has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, good quality beds and Egyptian cotton bed linen.
This luxury apartment with communal pool is located in a peaceful location with the many restaurants, bars and shops on the strip all within a 2 minutes. The beach at Fireman's Cove is also a 2 minutes. The apartment is 250 metres from the local mini-market, a large supermarket is just under a mile away. The town centre is 2km away with a wide selection of traditional and modern Cypriot shops, tavernas and restaurants along with a couple of delightful churches which are worth a visit. The lively family resort of Protaras and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay is just a 5 minute drive. There you will find many more bars and restaurants. Ayia Napa is also only 10 minutes away, home to not only fantastic nightlife but also one of the largest water parks in Europe.
