Just a five minute walk from the beautiful local beach at Ayia Triada, this luxurious 3 bedroom villa is ideally positioned at the front of the Athina Gardens development to give an unobstructed sea view. The development is located on the south east coast of the island and is just 2km away from the historic town of Paralimni and just a 10 minute drive from the livelier towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa.

Location & area

The surrounding area is in fact home to a number of excellent beaches (all with the EC Blue Flag approval) and offers a variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling, scuba diving and horse riding, or, if you prefer to take things a little more easily, then just stroll down to the coast and explore its secluded bays and hidden caves.

Alternatively, why not take your exploration skills further inland and enjoy a walk along the rugged crags of the island�s hills and mountains, whilst discovering those breathtaking views. In the evening, take time out to experience a typical Cypriot meal in one of the many local taverns, or enjoy a great night out in a stylish bar or busy nightclub in Protaras or Ayia Napa. There is a bus stop right outside the development, although a taxi is also not expensive.
