Overview

The villa sleeps up to 6 people.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a patio table and chairs.

The air-conditioned fitted kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven with hob, grill, microwave, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) all with fitted wardrobes. There are patio doors at the top of the landing which open out to a small 2m x 1m balcony which overlooks the horses paddock at the rear of the property. The balcony from the master bedroom enjoys the most wonderful views over the sea and surrounding countryside with the second balcony accessed from both master room and second bedroom having a similar outlook. There is a downstairs bedroom with access to the sun terrace and adjacent cloakroom for convenience.

The master bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and sunloungers and leads to the private swimming pool. The pool area is very privately secluded behind the gable end of the property with only open countryside beyond.

Additional features of the villa include a DVD, television, CD, safe, iron and ironing board. A complimentary welcome pack is provided.

It is spread over a large area with the village centre (1.5km away) having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and a bank (to name but a few). Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities.
