Overview

Villa Thalia is located on the award winning Aphrodite Hills Resort and has uninterrupted views of the golf course overlooking the 6th hole (photos are of the 6th hole). The Aphrodite Hills Resort is ideally located along the coastal road between Paphos and Pissouri, close to the beautiful landmark of Petra Tou Romiou (Aphrodites Birthplace)

The detached villa sleeps up to 6 people and has full air-conditioning

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living area with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large private veranda overlooking landscaped gardens. The veranda is furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs and also has a smaller table and 4 chairs

The luxury fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including fridge/freezer,dishwasher,microwave, hob, oven, toaster and kettle. There is a breakfast bar with stools

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins/doubles). The master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms can be twins or doubles and both have private shower rooms

There is a separate WC and washroom

In the basement there is a large laundry/storage room with washing machine and dryer

The villa has a private 10x5m swimming pool and patio area that is furnished with 6 sunloungers and parasols. There is also a poolside shower

Additional features of the property include barbeque, CD player, DVD, radio, SKY television, radio, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are also available.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels

The lovely town and port of Paphos is only 20 kms by car and the villa is only 10 kms from Paphos airport. A car is essential

Overall a wonderful holiday destination for all types of interests for children and adults with an excellent all year climate and sunshine
