Nerina villa has recently been completely renovated and stylishly furnished to a high standard. A lot of time and effort was put in to making it a 'home from home' environment. In a quiet private location, it has the advantage of being within walking distance to the many shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, banks and the enchanting harbour and castle areas. This fully air conditioned villa overlooks the quiet shared swimming pool, landscaped gardens and patio areas with sunbeds and parasols.

The villa is an ideal base from which to visit and explore the historic sites of Paphos and to experience the sophistication of the harbour restaurants and/or the lively night life of Bar Street. A bus ride will take you to Paphos Town market, Vardas Beach and Coral Bay. By car you can visit Polis and Latchi, famous for wonderful seafood restaurants, the Akamas Peninsular (an area of outstanding natural beauty), the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Troodos Mountains, historical sites & much more.

Kitchen: Electric eye level oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, plenty of china, cooking utensils and cutlery. Living Rooms: Open plan lounge/dining area with cream three piece suite, Habitat dining table and six chairs, coffee table, TV with Sky digital satellite, DVD player, CD-tape player. Air conditioning/heating. Patio door leading onto veranda. Spacious veranda with table, six chairs, parasol and sofa. Access by steps from the veranda to the pool. Please contact for more photos of villa. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please do not use the villa towels for beach or pool use. The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival, with a weekly change of linen and towels for a 2 week booking or more. Notes on accommodation The villa has been stylishly decorated and furnished to a very high specification by Habitat for the more discerning visitors. For this reason we do not consider the accommodation to be appropriate for babies and very young children. Although able to accommodate six persons, we would recommend a maximum of four for your comfort, as there is only one bathroom. We would request that you do not smoke inside the villa, but please feel free to light up on the veranda. Please bring your own beach towels. Air conditioners provide heat in the winter months, with the addition of extra portable electric heaters. Our local representative will be on hand to assist with any problems you may encounter. A selection of guide books, maps and personal recommendations for good places to dine are included in the Information Folder provided together with a selection of DVD's, CD's and cassettes. Sorry, but no pets. We can arrange a welcome pack for your arrival on request.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
