The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main double bedroom has a balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin and also has a balcony. The third bedroom is a twin.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC and washbasin downstairs.

The villa has private off-road parking.

A patio area that is furnished with sun beds and an umbrella surrounds the private swimming pool.
