About Villa Katina
This is a superior, modern villa in an excellent location on the outskirts of Paphos, in the direction of Coral Bay. There is a beach and a few restaurants, local taverns and supermarkets within walking distance. The nearby, picturesque Paphos harbour is an idyllic venue in which to enjoy local fish and Cypriot meze or take part in the many marine and sports excursions on offer. A five minute drive leads to the popular and sought-after resort of Coral Bay, which has a wealth of quality amenities and a beach for the discerning holiday maker.

Interior
This excellent two-story, spacious villa is stylishly decorated. It has a large open plan living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The well furnished living room and dining area are light and bright, with patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a modern and well-equipped kitchen, with everything necessary for a self catering holiday. Villa Katina has three good sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with patio furniture and sea views. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, one with twin beds, the other has a double bed and access to the balcony. They share a full family bathroom. Villa Katina can accommodate 6 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 years of age on a fold-a-way bed.Villa Katina has air conditioning available through-out.

Exterior
A covered and shaded, patio dining area overlooks the 8x4 meter swimming pool and together with a built-in barbecue, makes an excellent venue for al fresco dining on glorious Cyprus evenings. The pool is entered by roman steps, has an adjacent poolside shower and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. There is a partly shingle beach three minutes walk from the villa.

Amenities
The property is a few minutes drive from the centre of Paphos, with its superb amenities, international cuisine, night life and excellent shopping. The picturesque Paphos harbour is an idyllic venue to enjoy local fish restaurants, while relaxing and watching the coming and going of yachts, or taking part in the many marine excursions on offer. Diving and sports fishing can also be found there. The nearest bar is 400 metres from the villa along with a Holiday Village and the nearest restaurant is 1 kilometre away. A five minute drive leads to the popular and sought-after resort of Coral Bay, which has a wealth of quality amenities for the discerning holiday maker. Coral Bay has a large sweeping beach with a beach bar, water sports and the resort has a good selection of restaurants, boutiques and shops. Close by is the charming village of Agios Georgios from where off road vehicles can drive up the unspoilt coast and visit the famous caves. There are excellent restaurants in the area which overlook breathtaking scenery. A drive into the hills takes you into beautiful countryside and delightful, traditional villages where you can enjoy a meal among the wonderfully friendly locals in a tavern. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.
