Overview

The villa sleeps up to 8 people.



The villa comprises a large living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 8 chairs. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas to the upper terrace, with views over Pegeia and Coral Bay to the Mediterranean. The terrace is equipped with a wooden patio table, six chairs and a parasol



From the living room, stairs lead down to the lower ground floor. Here there is a large room with seating and separate TV (with Sky), ideally suited to an independent children’s/family room, with kitchen units, refrigerator, a sink and tea/coffee making facilities. Off this area is a utility room, equipped with washing machine, ironing board and cleaning materials. A door leads outside to the lower garden and pool/barbecue area



The fitted kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, grill, microwave and dishwasher, toaster and kettle



There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite. Each of the bedrooms has its own access, via separate patio doors, to the lower terrace, barbecue and pool area. There is a sofabed in the lounge that sleeps an additional two



The master bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs



The lower terrace is equipped with its own patio furniture, and a gas barbecue. Steps lead down to the private swimming pool, and also up to the upper terrace. The garden is well established with shrubs and trees. It is not overlooked and provides for a high degree of privacy and seclusion



Additional features of the villa include a DVD, CD player, Sky television and radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A complimentary welcome pack is also provided



The villa is on a quiet residential road and you may park your car either at the roadside to the front of the property or pull off the road under the carport, which provides some shelter from the sun



Linen is provided including beach towels



The beach and nightlife of Coral Bay and the village of Peyia are a few minutes drive away.
