Overview

The penthouse is situated on the Marina Complex in the Universal Area of Paphos. The large living area houses a beech kitchen finished with black granite worktops/splashbacks complemented by stainless steel appliances including that all important dish washer.Views from here are across the rooftops to the sea and the lighthouse.

For relaxing there are two large leather sofas with matching swivel chair and coffee table.A widescreen TV with surround sound and DVD/CD is provided should you fancy a night in.The dining area features a stylish table and chairs.Attention to detail has been paramount with soft furnishings carefully selected and co-ordinated to ensure a your comfort.

From the lounge and dining area are two large patio doors which lead onto the large terrace.Here there is ample room for lounging and eating al-fresco looking down over the landscaped gardens and pool


MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a contemporary yet luxurious feel with a hand made iron bed with matching dressing table and bedside tables.Soft furnishings are fully co-ordinated throughout complementing the quality bedding.Built-in wardrobes provide ample drawer and hanging space.This room also has the benefit of a built-in safe for your convenience.A hairdryer is provided.
