Overview

This luxury three bedroom penthouse apartment is ideally located in the lower area of Paphos only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes flat walking to the ancient port of Kato Paphos with its restaurants and nightlife. Having said this the apartment is ideally located for a self catering holiday being close to shops and away from the noise, hustle and bustle of a thriving tourist area.

The Penthouse is part of a complex of three low rise apartment blocks containing 50 apartments, only two of which are penthouses. Our private undercover parking is adjacent to the entrance foyer and lift of the third block.

The front door of the apartment opens into the large lounge/dining/kitchen room. Immediately to the left are full width patio doors which open onto one half of the huge terrace. On this part is a large planted area and we have laid out outside lounge furniture here. Still on the terrace there is a covered area with patio doors from the second of the double bedrooms and further on still is another large terrace area with the outside dining area and lounging furniture. The patio doors from the master bedroom open onto this area.

Inside a corridor from the main room leads to the master bedroom with its king sized bed and ensuite shower room. On the way, on the left, is the other double bedroom (queen sized bed) and the second bath/shower room and on the right the twin bedded room. All the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes.

Both the double bedded rooms have pation doors that open onto the terrace.
