A wonderfully equipped home from home villa.

DINNING AREA-large dinning table seats 10, with patio doors leading to large verandah with sea views and dinning table to enjoy your meals al fresco.
KITCHEN-Extremly well equipped large fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle as well as coffee maker and ample cutlery, crockery,utensils, pots and pans.
CLOAKROOM-sink, toilet, mirror, cupboard.
VERANDA- large with views to the sea and of surrounding hillside, there is a dinning table with seating for 8, sun umbrells and 2 sun loungers.
UPSTAIRS
MASTER BEDROOM-(full en-suite)air conditioning, ample wardrobe space, dresser, mirror and double bed.

OUTSIDE-Outside the grounds are very well maintained with a shared pool and sunbeds for your use free of charge.
LOCATION-in a peaceful yet central location close to all the amenities, this luxury villa has fantastic sea views of the entire coastline.This is a quiet and peaceful complex yet only a couple of minutes walk from restaurants and bars.
GOLF-There are 3 golf courses within a 30 min drive of the apartment. Tsada (Minthis Hills), Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
SKIING-During the months of January and February it is possible to ski in the morning at Troods mountain range (www.skicyprus.com/webcam/) and be back on the beach in the afternoon to water ski.
BEACH/COAST-Walking distance to the coast and 1min walk to nearest beach. A regular bus service also runs to the blue flag beach of Coral Bay.
TRANSPORT-Pafos Airport is approx 20km. a regular bus service runs along the coast road between pafos harbour and Coral Bay. Car hire is not necessary however if you wish to explore or visit the many varied towns/villages and attractions around the island, then car hire is advised.
ACTIVITIES-Water sports, ship wreck diving, jeep safari, trekking, cycling,
historic ancient ruins, museums, water park, bird and animal park or relax by the pool with a good book.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT-Payments are accepted in Euros via bank transfer or PayPal. A non refundable 25% or €100 (which ever is the higher) deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is to be paid in full no later than 3 months prior to arrival.
A €200.00 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
