Overview

Situated in the prestigious Secret Valley golf resort at Ha Potami, the villa is ideally set for both summer and winter golfing holidays in Cyprus and also provides a perfect base for family holidays. Only 5 mintues drive to Aphrodite Hills Spa and Golf Resort and 20 minutes drive to Tsada golf course. The villa is a superb self catering property for holiday rentals and is located a short drive away from the nightlife, water park and restaurants in Paphos and the beach and tavernas at Pissouri.
The kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops and all mod cons including dishwasher and microwave. In the lounge area there are comfortable leather chairs and TV and DVD Player which can play CD's.

The master bedroom with Queen size 5' bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are also patio doors leading to a balcony with beautiful sea views. The two twin-bedded rooms share a modern family bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have generous wardrobe space and are fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a good nights sleep for all. There is a further WC downstairs.

The Villa is also fully air conditioned with a heating option if needed in the winter months.

The Aphrodite Hills golf resort is located a 5 minutes drive away which is also home to restaurants, shops and a luxury health spa. This complex includes an academy par 3 courses for learners and has 2 resident professional instructors. The spacious and well-appointed clubhouse has a pro-shop and locker rooms, and the bar and restaurant terraces afford the most magnificent views over the coastline and out to sea.
