The villa is in a superb location on a gated private estate, overlooking the communal swimming pool with the sea beyond. One double and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and another, separate WC. The spacious open plan living area features nice, airy furnishings, large comfy sofas and a cosy fireplace corner. The dining area has an extendable table seating six.

The villa is set 150 metres from the beach in the Chlorakas area just north of Paphos. There are several small local beaches, seafront walkways, restaurants and bars, and the town of Paphos is only a short distance by bus or car. Paphos has a lovely harbour area with restaurants, shops and bars, and a beautiful seafront promenade with views over harbour dominated by its medieval castle. There are also busy nightlife areas in Paphos as well as good shopping in the Old Town.
