Overview

Situared in an elevated but secluded position, this villa has three bedrooms and a lovely swimming pool. The villa is set in a larger than usual garden with mature trees and many of colourful shrubs and flowers. A drive to Paphos is about ten minutes and being just off the coastal route to Coral Bay it has beautiful views towards the Mediterraean Sea that is about a kilometre away. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is about six minutes' drive.

The Villa is comfortable, cheerful and well designed The accommodation has a spacious living room with doors leading on to an elevated terrace.

The large, bright kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle and toaster, cooker, sink unit and ample floor and wall units. There is a breakfast/dining table and chairs. The kitchen also has a door leading on to the terrace. A utility room houses a washing machine and a fridge. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with double beds and one twin bedded room , all have wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. Two folding beds are available for extra sleeping. accommodation . The bathroom has a bath with a hand shower, wash basin and wc. There is a separate shower room with a wc.

On the terrace is a table and chairs in a covered area which is draped in warm rose coloured bougainvillea. This shady area overlooks the pool and is an ideal position for relaxing and enjoying a bottle of wine. Steps lead down from the terrace to the lovely swimming pool below. The pool size is about 8m. x 4m. Beyond the swimming pool is another terraced area with garden furniture and a sun umbrella. This is where there are views towards the blue Mediterranean Sea.
