Overview

This lovely four bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Kissonerga. The beach at Coral Bay is a five minute drive away and within a five minute walk are a number of small shops and tavernas.

Inside is an open plan, air conditioned sitting/dining room. The sitting room is has comfortable sofas and chairs, television, DVD player and radio. The dining table has eight chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, iron and board. There is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine. Stairs lead down to an air conditioned twin bedroom and a shower room with washbasin and w.c. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin and w.c. Water is heated by solar panels with an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. All linen is provided with the exception of beach / pool towels.

Outside the villa, the terrace surrounds the pool where there are sunbeds and a mobile barbecue.
