FREE Wirless Internet, Sea and Pool Views, Stylish and Modern first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (en suite)apartment.
2 BEDROOMS- 1 with double bed the other kingsize, both have ample wardrobe space, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. They both lead onto balcony with low comfortable seating for 6 and views to the sea.
BATHROOMS-1 full shower in bath, toilet, sink, large mirror, cupboard and shaver point. 2 Shower room, toilet, sink, shaver point.
LOUNGE-Air Conditioning,Cable TV, DVD, leather sofa and sofa bed. Leads onto varandah with views to the pool and a dinning table and seating for 6 where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or your el-fresco dinner.
DINNNG AREA-Dinning table and seating for 6.
KITCHEN-a very well equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
AIR CONDITIONING-throughout for your comfort,which can provide heating in the winter months.
SMOKING-This is a non-smoking apartment however you are permitted to smoke outside on the balcony.

OUTSIDE-3 communal swimming pools and 1 children's pool, extensive sunbathing areas and sun loungers for your use free of charge.
BEACH/COAST-Walking distance to the coast and 1 min walk to nearest beach. A regular bus service also runs to the blue flag beach of Coral Bay.
GOLF-There are 3 golf courses within a 30 min drive of the apartment. Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
SKIING-During the months of January and February it is possible to ski in the morning at Troods mountain range and be back on the beach in the afternoon to water ski.
ACTIVITIES-Water sports, ship wreck diving, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, historic ancient ruins, museums, water park, bird and animal park or relax by the pool with a good book.
LOCATION-situated just off the Tomb of the Kings Road and is located within walking distance to the restaurants and bars where you can sit and enjoy local cuisine and wine.
TRANSPORT-Bus stop less that 5 minutes away from the apartment with the service running between coral bay,harbour and the town centre. A car is not really needed to get around it is advisable if you want to visit some of the many historic sites, play a round or two of golf, visit other towns like Limassol and Larnaca or any of the other attractions of this wonderful Island.
With superb all year round weather it is easy to see why so many people love Cyprus and come back year after year.

If the booking is less than 3 months away full payment is required.
A €200.00 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.
