This three bedroom townhouse occupies a prime position on the newly completed Paradise Gardens IV complex - a prestigious development of privately owned villas and apartments, built in traditional Cypriot style by the award-winning Leptos Estates, and set within beautiful, landscaped gardens.

Paradise Villa is fully air-conditioned, elegantly presented and equipped to a very high standard. Each room has been tastefully furnished to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

The property is south facing for all day sun, spectacular sunsets and maximum sunshine during the winter months. One of the best features of the villa is the position of the pool, which is less than 10m from the lounge and in direct view from the patio.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents, or two or three couples enjoying a holiday together. The second floor has its own secluded roof terrace for private sunbathing, which overlooks the pool and gardens with views across the surrounding countryside towards the sea.

This is a child-friendly, relaxing and comfortable property, ideal for a fun, family holiday or a quiet peaceful escape for discerning couples.
