Overview

The penthouse apartment is situated on the third floor with lift access and sleeps up to 8 people.



The penthouse comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room lounge seating for 8 and a dining table and 8 chairs. This area leads onto the large terrace furnished with a table, chairs and sunloungers.



The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and grill.



There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins). The master bedroom has an ensuite and has patio doors leading onto the terrace. The second double bedroom also has patio doors leading onto the terrace. All the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes.



The main bathroom has a bath, shower and wc.



Private covered parking is provided.



The complex has two large swimming pools with poolside toilets and showers and sun beds and umbrellas are provided.



Additional features of the apartment are Sky TV, CD player, DVD, radio, safe, iron and ironing board and a complimentary welcome pack.
