This villa sleeps up to 6 people

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a pool terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs.

The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a balcony that is furnished with a table and chairs. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double and also has a balcony.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC and washbasin downstairs.

The villa has private parking.

A patio area that is furnished with sun beds and an umbrella surrounds the private swimming pool.

Additional features of the property include oil-filled radiators, Sky TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, video, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board and complimentary welcome pack. A gas barbeque is available for a small charge.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The seafront is a 20-minute walk from the villa and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes.
