Overview

1 bedroom apartment centrally situated providing easy access to surrounding areas. On a small complex with shared swimming pool

Bedroom: 1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
Bathroom: Bathroom with bath shower and WC.
Kitchen: Oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Clothes airer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Living Room: Open plan lounge/dining area to seat 4. Satellite TV, stereo with CD and radio. 2 x two seater leather sofas and wrought iron coffee table. Matching dining room table with 2 chairs.
Linen and towels provided, including beach towels.

Air conditioning is fitted in the bedroom and there are 3 ceiling fans in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Outside
Ground floor south facing private terrace away from pool. Nice quality patio furniture to seat 4. Small BBQ. 2 sun beds are provided. Large shared swimming pool.

Coast/Beach
Paphos Municipal beach is within walking distance where you can enjoy many water activities. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire. The beautiful Coral Bay beaches are a short 15 mins bus ride. The harbour is surrounded by architectural interest and is a short walk away.

Golf
There are 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach by car. Secret Valley, Tsada and the latest addition is Aphrodite Hills.
Distances Paphos airport is approx 20 mins by car - A car is not essential but car hire is readily available if required.Paphos old town is within walking distance where a daily morning market is held. Tombs of the Kings is a short bus ride. 3 Local Kiosks all within 5 min walkLarge Supermarket - 15 min walk
