Double includes ample wardrobe space, ceiling fans, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and own private verandah with sea and pool views
Twin bedrooms ample wardrobe space, ceiling fans, air conditioning both lead out onto large verandah overlooking the pools and to the sea.
BATHROOM-full, 1 hand and 1 bath towle are provided per guest.
LOUNGE/DINING AREA-Sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD, selection of books. Dinning table with 6 chairs, ceiling fan, air conditioning and leads out on to verandah overlooking the pools and to the sea.
KITCHEN-fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine,microwave,ample cutlery and crockery, assortment of pats and pans
AIR-CONDITIONING-the units also heat for the winter months.
OTHER-Fly screens are fitted to all windows.Shutters on bedroom patio doors.

Location & area

OUTSIDE-large overflow pool and children's pool with relaxing sun terraces, sun loungers and sun shade provided free of charge and all within well kept landscaped gardens with views to the sea. Covered parking.
BEACH-Walking distance to the coast and 1min walk to nearest beach. A regular bus service also runs to the blue flag beach of Coral Bay and to the harbour.
GOLF-There are 3 golf courses within a 30 min drive of the apartment. Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
SKIING-During the months of January and February it is possible to ski in the morning at Troods mountain range and be back on the beach in the afternoon to water ski.
TRAVEL-Pafos Airport is approx 10km. Car hire is not necessary however if you wish to explore or visit the many varied towns/villages and attractions around the island, then car hire is advised.
Ancient Ruins and mosaics approx 1km, harbour and Old Town approx 2km, coast 0.5km, bars and restaurants 0.5km.
ACTIVITIES-Water sports, ship wreck diving, jeep safari, trekking, cycling,
historic ancient ruins, museums, water park, bird and animal park or relax by the pool with a good book.

BOOKING and PAYMENT-Prices are for the property per week in euros. To secure the booking a deposit of €100 euros or 25% (which ever is higher) is required. If the booking is less than 3 months away full payment is required.
Payment can be made either via bank transfer or PayPal. A €200 euro security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.
