Overview

The newly built villa has been finished and furnished to a very high standard and accommodates easily six people.

The villa is a three bedroom house on two levels with a large pool and landscaped garden located directly in front of first tee of Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. There are two bedrooms upstairs, sharing a bathroom, the third master bedroom on ground floor with en-suit bathroom.

All bedrooms are superbly finished and furnished. From the villa one can enjoy really magnificent views of the Golf course, and from the balcony a view of the sea. Both upstairs bedroom have access to balconies, enjoying spectacular scenery sunsets and starry nights. Master bedroom on ground floor has direct access to pool area.

The villa blends the traditional Cypriot home with luxuries appropriate to a holiday escape. The large pool makes this area the centre for activity in the garden. Large tiled terrace, with beautiful outdoor furniture and sun beds makes teh perfect place for outdoor relaxation.

A graceful use of stonework and timber, along with traditional details, create a hideaway in harmony with the style of the architecture found on the island.

The kitchen is an open plan superbly finished with grantite top, double sink, equipped with all modern facilities which includes oven with halogen hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cooking utensils.


The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two are upstairs and the master bedroom is on ground floor. Bathrooms has wash basin with marble top and WC. Ground floor bathroom has shower, while upstairs has bath-tub.

All bedrooms are equipped with large fitted wardrobes and drawers and all bedrooms has a/c unit and central heating.

The fitted wardrobes provides ample storage facilities and the bedrooms on the upper level have their own balcony enjoying the magnificent views of the resort, the sea and the romantic sunsets.

The villa features a 8 x 4 meter (26 x 13 ft) private pool. A large terrace and elegant outdoor furniture makes thsi an ideal place for outdoor enjoyment. The front and rear gardens of the villa are fully planted and automatically irrigated. Planted especially for all the year colour and fragrance.

A modern relaxing lounge overlooks the private pool, garden and golf course.Cable TV with and a DVD player are provided for your home entertainment.

The dining table comes with 8 chairs.

All furnishings are to a very high quality specification and the finishes are amongst the best in the resort.
