Overview

Our Villa is set amongst vineyards with views of the Troodos mountains to the rear and the sea at Coral Bay from the sun terrace. The sun rises over the Troodos mountains and beautiful sunsets can be seen from the Sun Terrace.It is a short walk away from the charming village of Kathikas with its popular Tavernas, Bank and close by Donkey Sanctuary. Having its own private swimming pool and sun terrace is ideal for families and couples. It is a 15 minute drive away from Coral Bay, Latchi and Polis. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom/shower/toilet. There is also a shower room/toilet opposite the smaller bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all amenities and breakfast bar. The large lounge/dining room has dining room suite/lounge suite and sky television. All rooms are Air conditioned for comfort in the hotter months. It is ideal for walkers and nature lovers, being situated amongst the beautiful scenery of the Akamas Peninsula.

Kathikas village is a traditional Cypriot Village with Shop selling local produce and wines, 3 Tavernas and local Donkey Sanctuary. The villa is on a small complex of 6 new Villas set amongst Vineyards. It is 30 minutes from Paphos airport, 15 minutes from Coral Bay and Polis/Latchi. 2000 feet above sea level amidst the Akamas Peninsula with beautiful views of the surrounding coastline and Troodos mountains

There are two bedrooms 1 double with en suite bathroom and patio door leading out onto the pool area, and a smaller room with twin beds and shower room opposite. Both rooms have a large amount or storage space, wardrobes, drawers. The modern kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, washer etc. Large lounge dining room has breakfast bar with stools, dining room suite, lounge suite and television with Sky. Outside there are stairs leading up to a sun terrace with chairs/table and sun loungers. A barbeque is also provided.

The lounge and dining room both have patio doors. Outside the lounge are gardens with well established plants and flower. Also the swimming pool with loungers around and table/chairs and umbrella.
