Our Cyprus Holiday Apartment is situated on the third floor of the apartment block and has lift access. Our holiday apartment has a sea view and gets the sun on the balcony from mid morning until sunset. The apartment has an open plan fully fitted kitchen leading off a large air-conditioned dinning and lounge area. There are patio doors leading from the lounge to a balcony which is idea for dinning or having drinks in warm Cypriot sunshine. There are bedrooms in the holiday apartment the master bedroom has a queen size double. There is extra sleeping accommodation in the on a double sofa bed in lounge and all good quality bed linen is provided. The bathroom has both shower and bath. Our Cyprus Holiday Apartment has been newly furnished to a high standard with satellite television, CD / radio, DVD player, Video, there is also a small selection of CD's, DVD's, Video's, books, and board games. The kitchen is fitted with full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, etc. The living area and bedrooms are all fully air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans Water is heated with solar panels but an electric water heater is available for emergencies. The complex has a secure entrance with an intercom to the apartment. The holiday apartment has its own private covered parking area. There is a lift to all floors of the apartment block and a communal swimming pool set in gardens with sunlongers and parasols on the pool deck. There are male and female showers, toilets and changing rooms. All children should be accompanied by an adult when they are in the pool area for safety reasons.

We can also arrange for the hire of cots, high chairs, child car seats and other children's equipment.

Our luxury third floor holiday apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Kato Paphos. The balcony is bathed in sunshine from mid morning until sunset. There is a private swimming pool and pool deck with sun loungers and parasols The holiday apartment is close to both old Paphos and the busy fishing harbour area complete with fortress, shops and restaurants which are only a 10 minute walk. The "Tombs of the Kings" road with all its amenities, i.e. banks, shops restaurants, bars, 24hr medical centre and a local bakery which provides excellent produce daily is only a few minutes walk. Shops are open 8am-1pm then 4pm till late and the banks are open in mornings only and remember that half day closing is Wednesday and Saturday. The holiday apartment is set back off the "Tombs of the Kings" Road, lending itself to privacy and quiet while still superbly located for all the features listed above.
