Overview

A spacious three bedroomed villa with air conditioning is in Trimithousa Village. It is about a ten minute walk to the nearest shop and taverna. Trimithousa Village overlooks the bustling town of Paphos, which is only a 10 minute drive and the beach of Coral Bay is only a 15 minute drive. Coral Bay is renowned for having the best sandy beach in Cyprus with many water sport facilities available. Tavernas, restaurants and bars offer a variety of good local food and refreshing drinks.

The layout of the villa is all open plan. The sitting room has comfortable sofas and chairs, satellite television, video, DVD player and CD player. There us also a gas fire for the cooler months. The dining area has a table and eight chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have balconies, fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. Water is heated by solar panels with an immersion heater for the occasional dull day. Linen is provided with the exception of pool/beach towels.

Outside on the large terrace are sunbeds and a barbecue, all surrounding the swimming pool.
