Overview

This 5 bedroom comfortable, spacious villa has open plan living and dining room. Both the living and dining areas open onto the spacious pool terrace, with open views to the coast and Mediterranean Sea. There is Sat TV, CD player and modern furnishings . Next to the living-room there is a modern, well equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a fridge, a washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. On the same level there are also twin room with WC/bathroom and single room with shower and WC, both with patio doors. Upstairs there are 2 single rooms and 2 shower bathrooms with WC which open out onto a wide balcony offering superb views. The liver ground floor comprises large twin bed studio, suite shower/lavatory and fully equipped kitchen. The villa has got parking and big swimming pool and garden. Complimentary fruit and Cyprus wine on arrival. Sleeps 10/12. 4 twin bed and 1 double bedrooms (possible 2 extra bed) Fully air conditioned. Upstairs 2 showers + WC and downstairs bathroom + WC and shower +WC.
Air-Conditioning is charged extra ?2.50 per unit /per day.
Refundable deposit of 200 cyp is required against damages.
