Overview

This is a beautiful, detached villa with its own swimming pool. It is in a quiet residential area of Paphos and it boasts large landscaped gardens with trees and bushes . Paphos Harbour is 1.5 km and the nearest beach only 1km. The waterpark, shops, tavernas are all close and both the airport and Coral Bay are about a fifteen minute drive.

Carolina is laid out on three levels and very spacious. The first level is large and all open plan, with two sitting areas with sofas, chairs and coffee tables. In one sitting area there is a television, CD player and DVD player. From here, patio doors lead outside to a balcony with table and chairs which looks down onto the pool area. Also on this level there is a cloakroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, fridge, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board. There is also a dining table with eight chairs.

On the upstairs level, there is the master bedroom which has an ensuite shower room and balcony which overlooks the pool area. There are three twin bedrooms and a further family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and wardrobes. The water is heated by solar panels and an immersion heater. All linen is provided except beach towels.

Stairs down to the lower level lead to the terrace which surrounds the private pool with its roman steps. On the terrace are sun loungers and a barbecue.
