Overview

The Apartment is immaculate throughout and located in a quiet private grove only 250 meters from the local amenities. Fully air conditioned throughout and built to a high standard. There is ample parking but a car is not necessary.
Paphos is mostly flat therefore suitable for the elderly and the relaxing type.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. It also benefits from drinking water on tap.The bathroom is fully tiled with a white suite and chrome fittings featuring a bath, shower, basin, toilet and large built-in cupboard space.There is a open plan dining room/lounge with 21" flat screen TV, Sky Television, DVD player, Midi CD player with USB and IR connections and patio doors to the sun terrace. The bedroom benefits from a 17" Flatscreen Sky TV, electronic security safe, ceiling fan, A.C., Large wardrobes, Ironing Board, Iron and Patio Doors to the sun terrace.
The spacious tiled sun terrace features a four seater table and reclining chairs, two sunloungers, sun umbrella and drinks table and is location directly onto the pool. You can roll out of bed straight into the poolOutdoor there's a 5m x 12m heated pool and kids pool with underground separated male and female showers, toilets, basins, changing facilities and toilets.For the kids there's a small pool & various DVDs to keep them happy. (A cot is also available free of charge as pictured)
All bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are free of charge.

Location & area

Southern Cyprus enjoys super weather for most of the year- on average the sun shines for 340 days per year!

The coldest period is from December to March, but even then there are many fine days rarely dropping below 15c. During Spring the fields are a spectacle of red and gold as the wild flowers bloom. Summer is long and hot, followed by a very pleasant Autumn, when the sea is still warm enough to swim in.



There are many places to visit, from the archeological treasures of Paphos, the stunning vistas of the mountains, the superb beaches along the coast, the beautiful and protected Akamas Peninsula, to the shops and boutiques of Limassol.



Cyprus is fast becoming one of the most popular holiday destinations for UK holidaymakers and it is also establishing itself as a leading golf holiday destination.



Near to the entrance to the complex is a small supermarket selling more or less everything from toiletries, newspapers, sunglasses, wines & beers etc and is open 7am - 12pm+



Pambis restaurant is located only 150m away offering excellent meals at excellent prices (a meal plus one litre of local wine around £6 per person). PS. Don`t put your fingers in the parrots cage !!!!

The Troodos Mountains offer fantastic ski-ing and is only 90 minutes drive away. Ski in the mornings and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoons!



Coast/Beach

Many beaches in Paphos have been awarded with blue flags and can be easy found dotted along the coast line.



The Water park is only 5 minutes by car or buses are free and frequent -
