Overview

On the ground floor is a spacious living-room with Sat TV, CD. Next to the living room there is a toilet and a big modern kitchen with a cooker/grill, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. 3 bedrooms are upstairs: two twin bedrooms and big double master bedroom (1 extra bed is possible). Accommodation is for 7 people. Villa is fully air conditioned. There is 1 bathroom + WC and guest's toilet Outside: balconies with SV, patio, BBQ , pool and beautiful garden. Complimentary fruit and Cyprus wine on arrival.
Air Conditioning is extra 2,50 CYP per unit per day.
We require refundable deposit 200 CYP against damages.
