Overview

On the ground floor is a spacious living-room with TV ,DVD, CD and a dinning room with table and 6 chairs. Next to the living room there is a toilet and a big modern kitchen with a cooker/grill, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. First floor has 3 bedrooms: two twin bedrooms and big double bed master bedroom. There is a possibility to put one extra bed in double bedroom So the villa can sleep up to 7 persons. Baby cot is available. Villa is fully air conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms + WC and guest's toilet
Outside: Balconies with SV, patio, BBQ , private swimming pool and garden, parking place.

Air Conditioning is extra 2,50 CYP per unit per day.
We require refundable deposit 200 CYP against damages.
