Overview

The Olive House is situated in on the edge of Neo Chorio village, one of the most traditional and unspoilt villages in Cyprus.

The detached villa sleeps up to 6 people and has full air-conditioning.

The property comprises a large air-conditioned living area (on the upper floor) with seating for 6. This area leads onto a large terrace offering panoramic sea views. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs.

There is a separate air-conditioned dining area that leads onto the large terrace and offers fantastic views whilst dining.

The luxury fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

Downstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The master double bedroom has a large en-suite.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is a separate WC and washroom upstairs.

The villa has a private swimming pool and patio area that is furnished with 6 sunloungers and a patio table and chairs. Surrounding the pool is a beautifully landscaped garden.

Additional features of the property include a large barbeque and outdoor bar, CD player, DVD, television (local stations), 2 videos (one in master bedroom), radio, iron and ironing board and complimentary welcome pack.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided

The main attaction to this villa is its wonderful location and stunning views. There are panoramic views of the coast and mountains, particularly stunning from the terraces.
There are also the roving hills and fields of the Akamas National Park right on its door step.

The villa is on the edge of the quaint traditional village of Neo Chorio where you will find St Minas church, a couple of tavernas, coffee shop, small local store and a bank.
It is an 8 minutes drive to the lovely fishing village of Latchi with its pretty harbour (soon to be marina!) and 12 mins to Polis town centre
The Olive House is one of 7 detached houses in a small cul-de-sac. It will suit the holidaymaker who enjoys a quieter location and likes to be a little more off the beaten track and who appreciates more comfortable accommodation. Its great location would also suit the more active holidaymaker who enjoys walking, cycling, water sports exploring the local flora and fauna, sightseeing or exploring by car.

Transfer time from Paphos Airport is approximately 55 minutes.

There is a £100 supplement per week for Easter and Whitsun. and £160 per week supplement for last 2 weeks of July.
