Situated on the edge of Neon Khorion close to the resort of Latchi in a prime location, this cluster of villas offer truly spectacular views of the Akamas Peninsular and Latchi Bay.
The beautiful views from the horizon swimming pool, and the luxury of the outdoor Jacuzzi, will leave you feeling mesmerized, relaxed and truly pampered during your stay.
For those evenings at home, enjoy the sunset whilst wining and dining. Try out your culinary skills by taking advantage of built barbecue which will make outdoor cooking a treat whilst enjoying those long warm pleasurable summer evenings by the pool.
These modern whitewashed villas each have 2 bedrooms which are accessed via a flight of stairs leading down to the lower level or the upper level of the villa. The living area offers the comfort of a fireplace for those cosy winter nights and the dining and kitchen area are of open plan design, leading onto large balconies from where one can enjoy the spectacular views.
The swimming pool and barbecue area are conveniently situated at the rear away from the main entrance for more privacy.

Location & area

For a right rural getaway, Neo Chorio is slap bang in the thick of nature, with luscious landscapes in every direction. Quaint and sleepy, it looks out to the turquoise-blue of Chrysochou Bay, so you get the best of both worlds with both sea and scenery on tap. Traditional, tranquil and downright charming, this small village borders the Akamas National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty with deep gorges and sweeping sandy bays. It's one of the island's last lowland wildernesses so take advantage while you're here it's a paradise for walking, cycling and bird spotting and you'll come across all sorts of rare flowers along the way. Back in town, you'll find a good selection of colourful cafes and friendly tavernas where you can rest your feet with a cup of coffee or get stuck into a full-blown meal. There's also a bank, well-stocked supermarkets and some great little craft shops where you can watch weavers at work on traditional looms or even join in a ceramic workshop. Getting back to nature, just outside the village hidden among the hills, you'll find the entrance to a complex cave system with subterranean caverns filled with jaw-dropping stalagmites and stalactites don't miss it. If you simply want to chill out, the seclusion of nearby Lara beach is a sight for sore eyes with not a building in view just soft sugary sands and a laid-back taverna. Pure bliss.
