This 3 bedroom villa located in the center of Limassol, near Holiday Inn 4* Hotel. The house comprises of 3 bedrooms(2 with double beds, 1 with twin beds), 2 bathrooms, sitting room, office, fully fitted kitchen. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi. Air conditioning units fitted throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, fitted cabinets, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, electric kettle, toaster and dining table/chairs for 4 people. There are washing machine and dish washer. The sitting room has a color TV, DVD, hi-fi system and sofa sets. The door from the kitchen leads directly to a patio with the swimming pool and sauna. All the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. The office room on the ground floor has a desk and a chair. There is a possibility to use internet line. All bedrooms have bedding, linen and towels (excluding beach towels). Pool sun beds, table and chairs are also available.
