Overview

This newly built luxury villa has its own private swimming pool and an exclusive garden. The private pool is 12.50m X 4.50 m ranging from 0.90m to 1.80m in depth. An automatic pool cover is available for children safety reasons. There is a wooden deck around the pool area.
The living room has a big plasma TV 42 inches (DVD player, radio, and CD player) connected with home cinema and a satellite dish (1.060 channels) -Ideal for film and TV fans- a dining table and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with items carefully selected: fridge and freezer, ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven and everything else you may need to have a luxury and comfortable stay.
The villa has three bedrooms. Master bedroom feature a double bed , air-conditioning/heating unit and a balcony . The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and air conditioning/heating units. There is a large luxurious bath with a toilet and shower cabin upstairs. Separate toilet is downstairs, off the living room.
Something extra: A lady will clean up the house once a week. A gardener takes care of the garden once a week. The swimming pool is cleaned and maintained once a week as well. All these services are included in the price.
A bottle of champagne will be expecting you at your arrival. Rental includes linen, towels and a welcome hamper with coffee, tea, fresh bread, butter, eggs, milk and juice.
