Overview

Set is its own attractive rockery gardens and fruit garden to the rear of the villa, will lead you directly to the beach, some 10 minutes walk away.
This large white washed villa offers every modern comfort with stylish terracotta floors and high wooden beamed ceilings.
The larger than average living & dining area will make all who stay there feel total relaxation in it’s welcoming ambience till the end of their stay.
All bedrooms are tastefully appointed with attractive furnishings and fitted wardrobes.

The villa has a particularly large pool (13x7) and patio area, complete with exterior soft tub (not heated) built barbecue area and plenty of comfortable wooden patio furniture under the built pergola will always tempt you to relaxed days, enjoying the sun & the shade!

Location & area

Latchi / Latsi with its coastal paved walk is the picturesque harbour of Polis, known throughout Cyprus for its fresh fish. In the past it served as a small port for shipping carobs. The old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants, fish taverns and places of recreation. From Latchi, travelers to Polis can go on short cruises to the Akamas, a must for all visitorsAccording to legend, the area that is now Latchi was once long ago, the scene of a dramatic tale between two young loves. In the time of the gods, Aphrodite, it is said, fell in love with a bold young hunter named Adonis. Adonis loved the thrill of hunting, Aphrodite, however was concerned for his safety. One day while hunting a wild boar he was killed as the raging boar buried its tusk in the young hunters side.



As Aphrodite rushed to the scene, she cut her delicate skin on the underbrush and tinged all the white roses pink. On finding Adonis she shed countless tears, which, as they struck the ground turned into anemones; the red drops of blood at the scene then turned into red roses. This legend explains how all the beautiful flowers came to be in this area.



Today Latchi remains a sleepy coastal town; the impact of tourism cannot be seen as greatly as in other towns, which allows the natural character of the place to shine through.
