Overview

High up on the hillside in the Akamas National Park with spectacular sea views this three bedroom air-conditioned villa with lovely swimming pool is situated in village of Neo Chorio. About ten minutes' drive away are the shops, beach and tavernas in the little fishing village of Latchi. The busier town of Polis is about fifteen minutes' drive away. The villa has a spectacular panoramic view of the Polis Chrysochous Bay and Akamas Peninsular.

The villa is detached with a well-designed interior and furnishings. The entrance of the villa is on the upper level and leads directly into the air-conditioned open plan living area with a dining end. It is furnished with two lovely modern sofas, coffee table, television, DVD player, CD player, dining table and six chairs. Large doors lead out onto the terrace where there is a large table and chairs and enjoy the views across the Akamas. On this level there is an attractive fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob, electric kettle, toaster, iron and board.

On the lower level of the villa there are three large, well-furnished air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are large doors that lead out onto a small terrace, the pool area and garden. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded. On this level there is a family bathroom also a separate wc upstairs.

Theswimming pool is 8m x 4m pool and set in pretty colourful gardens with sunbeds, garden table and chairs, barbecue and an outside bar.
