This uniquely located family owned modern villa has a garden that touches the beautiful and unspoiled blue flag beach of Latchi (Latsi). Simply a 50 meter walk on the sand to the crystal Mediterranean waters



The village of Latchi is a ten-minute walk away along the beach-side path, and has a picturesque harbour with numerous water-side tavernas, some converted from old stone carob warehouses. They specialise in fish and local produce.



For keen walkers and serioud cyclists the nearby Akamas National Park offers walks, sea views and bracing air. The park is ideal for nature lovers to explore its fantastic landscape and to discover the endless variety of flowers and birds. Akamas is included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage.

Only a short drive or pleasant walk from the villa is the picturesque small town of Polis, where an ancient city kingdom once stood.
