Overview

Contemporary designed and beautifully furnished villa is a part of newly built complex with communal swimming pool. Large open plan nicely decorated lounge features two white leathered sofas and an armchair. There are flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery. Dining area has sitting for 6 people. The villa sleeps up to 6 people with 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with twin beds. The main bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have large wardrobes with ample storage, comfortable beds and air-conditioning units. Towels and bed linen are provided. The child friendly sandy Pervolia beach is accessed via a walkway and steps from the end of the garden. A delightfully laid out garden with a private pool and purpose built barbeque make for a truly relaxing holiday for friends and family.
