Brand new ground floor apartment. Apartment has 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms and a put - u - up sofa bed in the lounge dining area which enables the apartment to sleep up to 6. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Quilts and linen are supplied, a blow dryer is fitted in main bedroom. The main bedroom has a fantastic sea view. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and full size cooker. Air conditioning throughout. The main living area opens out onto a large patio area through patio doors. The patio has table and chairs which allows for 6 and 4 sun loungers with cushions. The dining area of the patio area has a sun canopy to protect and shield from the sun. Grass area for BBQ and sunbathing. Walking distance to tourist area. Close proximity to mini supermarkets, local taverna's, restaurants, bars and water sports. Central position for motorways enabling further touring the island and the main Phinikoudes promenade.

Location & area

Situated on the beach, beautiful sea view from apartment. 10min drive from Larnaca airport brings you to the apartment which is situated on the Dekalhia Road between Larnaca town and the tourist area. The apartment is within walking distance of small local supermarkets, bars and taverna's. The main tourist area is a 10min walk where there are further bars, restaurants, hotels, water sports and other amenities. A 7min drive will bring you to the marina known as Phinikoudes which is a picturesque palm lined promenade which has an abundance of restaurants and bars on one side of the road and on the other a sandy beach. Behind the marina are a good selection of shops in which you can buy designer labels to Cypriot mementos. The apartment is within easy access of the main motorway and is centrally positioned to areas for touring such as Troodos Mountains, Ayia Napa, Limasol, Nicosia and Pathos which are all in easy reach.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
